Body Wrap wants you to love your merchandise. Please note that our shapewear may seem small at first, but it will soon adjust to your figure. However, if an item does not completely meet your expectations, please follow the instructions below:
- Call our Customer Service Department within 30 days of your purchase to obtain a return authorization number. After 30 days, we cannot accept your return. We can be reached at 1-800-335-5767.
- If you return meets our return requirements, an RMA will be issued to you for return. It is important that you put your RMA number on the outside of your box. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
- Our primary goal will always be to find you the product that best suits your needs. If that is not possible, a credit will be issued to you when we receive your return (please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement). If you need another size or style, please return the item that did not work for you with the RMA for a credit and feel free to place another order online for the new item. Please note that shipping expenses are not reimbursed unless the item is damaged or defective.
- Additionally, Body Wrap may not be held liable for any damages or loss occurring during return shipping. Therefore, we suggest that you select a shipping service that can provide you with insurance.
- If you find that your item is damaged or defective in any way, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your package.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
All returned items must have the original tags still attached or it is not eligible for a credit. Please keep the tags in tact until you are sure that you are satisfied.
Standard shipping is free for all orders in Canada and the United States (except Alaska and Hawaii in the United States and North West Territories, Yukon and Nunavut in Canada). Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. If you need to receive your order faster, you can choose our expedited shipping option at additional cost. Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the United States and Canada at this time. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box, please provide a physical address for shipping. Make sure your address, phone number and e-mail address are entered accurately as not to delay your package.
